For patients with Insurance:

Please be aware that some companies pay a fixed allowance for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charges. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance left unpaid by your insurance company.

We will help you by filing your dental insurance claims. We can only estimate your benefits. Payment of patient’s estimated portion is due at the time service is rendered. All remaining portions will be the patient’s responsibility and due after insurance has met their obligations.
